Location

St. Christopher’s Way is situated on Pride Park, a prestigious office campus, conveniently situated within one of the East Midlands’ premier business locations.  We are located within easy walking distance of the city centre and Derby train station, with excellent road links making for easy access to both the A52 and M1.

We have three Buildings on St. Christopher’s Way, No 15, 19 and 20.

The meeting rooms are located in No 15 and 20.

Our meeting rooms are modern and spacious with all the latest, top quality equipment on hand with additional services available ranging from refreshments, catering and administration support.

Whether you require a room for an all-important customer presentation, a team training session, a private meeting or a networking event Oberoi Business Hub have a range of meeting rooms and sizes to support.

Prices for our meeting rooms start as little as £55 + VAT for a 2 hour period.

The room hire price is inclusive of our state-of-the-art equipment, including ceiling mounted projectors, screens, integrated sound system, WIFI and computer terminal points as well as stationery, flip charts and pens and car parking.

All our meeting rooms are fully accessible and located on the ground floor.

There are no steps into the building and the disabled toilet is available on the ground floor.

How It Works

Our booking system is easy to use, just complete our online Conference Room Booking Form.

Once we are in receipt of your enquiry form, we shall issue a confirmation and will only invoice when this has been agreed and confirmed.

Full payment prior to your meeting will secure your booking.

Our cancellation policy and charges are totally transparent:

Over 2 weeks prior to agreed date: no charge

Under 2 week prior to agreed date: 50% charge

Within 7 days of agreed date: 100% charge

Seamless Service

Your dedicated event organiser is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.  They will be on hand answer questions along with greeting delegates and signposting them to the allocated meeting room 

Your event organiser will also be able to support with any administrative tasks that you require such as scanning, photocopying, printing or anything else you need to ensure you are prepared and ready for your event.

This is available during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.

Staff were extremely helpful in showing us to the room and letting us know where everything was. They left us their details as we were going to be there after they closed and even though we overran we were not rushed out.All in all a great experience and would definitely use them again.

The Oberoi Business Hub was recommended to me by a colleague who had been to a network event there. I hired a room to provide some training - as much as I prefer to talk to someone to make these bookings - and I did speak to someone - the on-line booking was SO straight forwardThe staff at Oberoi are very helpful and professional - nothing was too much trouble; even when I had trouble with my computer, Jodie Brady in particular was very resourceful to resolve the problemAnd even the seemingly small, but important things, such as the coffee area - which serves proper coffee - so important for me to provide good refreshments for my delegates.Thank you all for such a great experience for me as the training provider, and for my delegates.

Titan Private Investigation Limited have utilised Oberoi Consulting’s virtual office service since we were incorporated in 2014. This provided Titan with a footprint in the Derby area and where we could meet clients and have mail sent. Due to our company's growth operationally and also the delivery of our training courses, in September 2022 we decided to move into a fully serviced office with access to a modern kitchen and conference room where we can deliver our training from. The location is excellent for transport links and close to Derby City Centre.

I attended a training course here a couple of weeks ago and can highly recommend it. It has air conditioning which was very much needed as it was the hottest day ever, it has amenities you need including a fancy coffee machine which I couldn't work, I would have been more than happy with a kettle and some instant stuff. Would definitely recommend.

About Backs and Bones has relied on Oberoi Call Answering Service for approximately 8 years and I pay each invoice with relish: knowing that they don't do a good job - they do SO much more that that...They give me my life back!Previously, I rarely relaxed..always needing my phone by my side and constantly on the look-out for a quiet place to talk when the phone rang. Once Oberoi took over, I could unwind and choose when I had my 'down-time' or I could get on with my job as an osteopath or do my admin uninterrupted.We have had our own receptionist for some years now ..but still use Oberoi out of hours or when she is off and the communication between them is excellent.It amazes me how much information they retain about my business - especially as it evolves and changes. They are so efficient keeping us up-to-date on the calls they take; so we can respond instantly if we need to and the overview at the end of the day is invaluable as a record. I've been using the call answering service for around 5 years now and it gives me peace of mind that my calls are being taken professionally, when I'm otherwise engaged or on holiday. I regularly ask my customers for feedback and they tend to think that Oberoi are my own staff which is a good sign. As a small company we cannot always get to the phones ourselves, but we have never missed a call because Oberoi are there to pick it up.
