More than 200 guests flocked to Pride Park Stadium for this year’s Derby Telegraph Heroes of Derbyshire Awards to witness heartwarming moments and hear from truly inspirational characters.
Those who sponsored categories included Intu Derby, Specsavers, Oberoi Business Hub, Western Power Distribution , Sky Recruitment, Weston Wood Lodges, Woolley and Co Solicitors, Mobility at Home, Scarsdale Vets, Cosmo and Benz Bavarian.
Representatives from each firm attended the ceremony and presented awards to the winner and finalists.
The ceremony was hosted by Smooth Radio breakfast presenter Gareth Evans who described the night as a great success when talking to the Derby Telegraph’s Facebook Live broadcast after the event.
